Annual Meeting 2019

The meeting will be held at Social House at 5:00 pm on Tuesday, April 16th.  There will be a cash bar.  A selection of hors d’oeuvres will be supplied by Little Bigs, Greenhouse Kitchen, and Icon Donuts.

If you so desire the following documents can be emailed to you:

 

• 2019-2020 Slate of Board Members (please note additional nominations will be taken from the floor at the annual meeting)

• Benefits of being a member of the CHP

• Application for College Hill Partnership membership

• Agenda for the meeting

• Minutes from the 2018 Annual Meeting

• Proposed bylaw changes for 2019-2020 (Three documents included: Proposed Changes Overview, Proposed Changes Short Version, Proposed Changes within the entire bylaws, please note there are some minor clerical changes which are not listed in the short version) (Please email collegehillpartnership@gmail.com if you would like the following documents)

 

We will have applications for membership at the annual meeting.  And will be taking dues payments there (by cash or check), however, feel free to send in your application & dues (or submit your application and dues on our website: https://www.collegehillpartnership.org/product/membership/) if you are unable to attend the meeting. Note: in order to vote in this years election for board members and for the bylaw changes, submission of your membership form and dues must have been completed by March 1st.
